Brick, Trees and Gardens

Between the Wenyu River green belt and Future Science City
Urban Nature
The community sits in Beiqijia, Changping, close to the Wenyu River ecological belt and Future Science City. The Changping section of Wenyu River Park continues to develop, while the first phase of Future Zhigu covers about 487,500 square metres with public gardens, fitness areas and woodland spaces.
Connections
Daily travel is supported by Qibei Road, Dingsi Road and Beiqing Road, together with the Jingcheng Expressway and Litang Road. Future Science City Station on Beijing Subway Line 17 serves the eastern science and technology district.
Everyday Conveniences
Everyday retail in Beiqijia now includes Wumei Beiqijia and Guoshuhào Beiqijia, while Walmart has opened a local store. The Dong'erqi area continues to add education, public services and larger retail facilities, including Sam’s Club.
From village fabric to a science-led neighbourhood
Beiqijia retains the names and living patterns of villages such as Beiqijia, Dong'erqi and Lutuan. As Future Science City has grown, villages, research parks, waterfront parks and residential communities have formed a new relationship. Yueju Shangchengjun sits within that transition, combining the everyday scale of an established neighbourhood with the energy of a growing innovation district.
